Get expert psychiatric specialist knowledge in a virtual learning network with OSU Center for Health Sciences providers. Curriculum is designed to help providers improve their expertise in treating psychiatric disorders in the primary care setting. Providers are encouraged to present cases to the team of experts.

Oklahoma Veteran Care ECHO
Meets the first and third Thursday of each month from 12 to 1 p.m. CST
Veterans face unique challenges that are often overlooked in the health care environment. Understanding the needs of Veterans and their military culture and experiences provides valuable insight into care planning and encourages Veteran’s to seek health care more often. The Veteran Care ECHO curriculum is designed for health professionals who want to learn how to support and better care for Veterans. Through the Project ECHO virtual platform, participants learn about military experiences and the impact on a Veteran’s physical and mental health.

Help for the Healer ECHO is re-launching on Friday, November 3rd, 2023 with an updated time of 12:30 - 1:30 PM CST.
This ECHO line is designed for all audience types with any credentials who are looking to find additional knowledge of self-care not only for their patients/organization, but for themselves as well.

Oklahoma Maternal Health ECHO
Meets the First and Third Thursday of every month, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM CST.
Get expert specialist knowledge in a virtual learning network in collaboration of the Oklahoma State Department of Health, The Perinatal Center, and the Oklahoma State University Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The curriculum is designed to expand expertise in best practice and evidence-based care of pregnancies in Oklahoma to assist family medicine and rural clinicians to provide better care for their patients in their medical home. Topics include substance use among others (mental health, diabetes, trauma, etc.).
